The COVID pandemic has been driving down general wellbeing! You feel the stress levels under the brave facades and sense your people are not at their best. As a leader, you've reached out and made adjustments: physical distancing, hygienic safeguards, virtual coffee chats, shorter Zooms, no meetings beyond 5pm, etc. Your organization has provided some counseling and encouraged support groups. Still, you can't be sure because no one's going to tell you how they are actually struggling. The silent ones? They're now practically invisible. It's not helping that HR is swamped themselves. We get it. So we came up with a no-frills program that gives you the truthful "voice" of your team in a specially designed anonymous survey meant for 300 people or less. Fully managed by an external professional outside your organization, you can be sure of getting impartial and reliable insights. To know is to rectify. Once the findings are collated, you will sit down with Ellagora's managing principal in TWO strategic coaching sessions to come up with actionable priorities.
